A LETTER FROM

THE

CHAPTER PRESIDENT

In 1872 Alpha Phi was established based on the ideals of sisterhood, innovation, generosity, and character. I have made many memories through Alpha Phi, which displayed these ideals. When I ran home three years ago, the ideal of sisterhood was in full display where I was welcomed with open arms and developed meaningful, lifelong friendships. I had the opportunity to serve as VP of Finance and Housing my freshman year and then went on to become Chapter President, where while working with the Executive Council innovation has shown through in many aspects making me a stronger leader. Through our philanthropic work serving the Alpha Phi Foundation with numerous philanthropy events, I have seen the generosity of every single member of the Chapter. Lastly, the character of the Alpha Phi women is the kind that a collegiate woman is blessed to be surrounded by every day, Alpha Phi women build you up, encourage you to be on your own, and push you for success.

When looking for a sorority I wanted to find women who truly empowered me, made me the best version of myself, and are supportive in everything I do, within Alpha Phi I have found all of those things and more. I am beyond grateful for Alpha Phi and its amazing members!

I am honored to serve the women of Alpha Phi as the Chapter President and I am beyond grateful for the wonderful women who lift me up and make me the person I am!

With gratitude,

Taryn Wilson- President of Phi Chapter
